If you are looking for easy and at the same time healthy and delicious. This recipe is a must try! Any leftovers? Just reheat in the microwave! They are great! I speak from experience. I have reheated leftovers of the this meal and received great results and hubby even enjoyed it. (He doesn't care for leftover anything, except meatballs or pasta). Enjoy!
