Vanilla Buttercream Frosting


Sharing an easy and quick frosting which is so much better than store bought canned frosting.  

Just imagine cupcakes with this frosting!  or better yet make some today.  Yummy!





Halloween cupcakes.  Add a little food coloring to make them colorful!

Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

This frosting can be refrigerated up to 4 days or frozen up to a month.  Bring to room temperature and beat again before using.

2 sticks butter, softened
1 -7 oz. jar.  Marshmallow cream or fluff
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat butter in a medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy.  Beat in marshmallow cream.
When well blended beat in confectioner's sugar and vanilla.
Increase speed to high and beat an additional 3 to 4 minutes until fluffy.
