Happy Friday Bloggers! Pork and Vinegar Peppers..Quick Tasty Meal!







saute approx. 1 small onion and 2 cloves minced garlic in about 3 T. olive oil




An easy meal to create in less than an hour  Purschase a nice piece of pork loin or pork butt. (I used about 1 1/2 lb. piece).  Cut into small cubes.  Saute onion and garlic on low heat, add pork, salt and pepper and cook until browned.   After meat has browned add drained vinegar peppers(they are sold in the grocery store in a bottle).  Cook  about 45 min.  Serve with nice crusty Italian Bread or Rolls....Happy Cooking!!!
