Today it is Pork and Vinegar Peppers! An easy summer meal

A quick and easy meal to serve in less than an hour.

 1 1/3 lb.piece of  pork butt or loin (cube)
 (You can use pork stir fry as well.)

In a large frying pan place cubed pork, 4 T cooking oil., 2 cloves garlic minced and 1 small onion chopped.

 Saute slowly adding salt and pepper to taste.  After meat has browned add drained roasted vinegared red peppers(they sell them in a bottle at the grocery store).

  Cook on low heat for approx. 3/4 hour.  You can add a many or as little red peppers as you would like.  Serve with crusty bread or roll.
