Healthy Smoothie for one!
Fresh Mangoes are here so grab a few and make yourself a smoothie.
In a blender put mango pieces,coconut light yogurt, pineapple juice and ice cubes. Blend on high until ice crushes into little pieces. So good and healthy too!
I topped mine with some freshly toasted coconut! YUMMY!
1/2 cup mango pieces (skinned)
1 -6 oz. pineapple coconut light yogurt
1- 3 oz. pineapple juice or less(for less calories)
6 ice cubes
1 tsp. toasted coconut (sprinkle on top)(optional)
