I took a break from being in the kitchen and hubby and I went to the Cathedral of Learning for an Open House..
Lots of Ethic Traditions shine in the University's Nationality Rooms..Amazing to see how well the University preserves these rooms.. Each of the 27 rooms are decorated in Christmas decor and well represented in proper attire. I am told a committee of Pittsburgh area residents decorate these rooms.. We thoroughly enjoyed lots of traditional music, dance and food which is sold to raise money for scholarships to send Pittsburgh students abroad to study.. | We stopped for crepes.. These were filled with white chocolate cream and topped with raspberries and whipping cream..Yummy!! |
