Marinated Pork chops and Sauteed New Potatoes: Repost

If you're a meat and potatoes person I think you'd enjoy this meal.  I  got a little creative and marinated 4 center cut pork chops in approximately 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tsp. red wine vinegar, two sprigs fresh dill and 1 sprig fresh rosemary, and a little salt and pepper.  I marinated them for 1 hour and grilled them on a lower heat .  Tender, juicy and delicious! Served with Sauteed Red Skinned Potatoes and fresh spinach and garlic.  Perfecto!!  Bon Appetit!   Hope you decide to try this..
