This is a first for me.
1/2 package cole slaw mix
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
Vegetable oil
1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
1 package refrigerated egg rolls ( I used 6) and froze the remainder.
Sauté above ingredients ( not egg rolls)in a small amount of vegetable oil. Set aside.
This recipe made 6 vegetable rolls
- Lay one egg roll wrapper with point towards you
- Fill with 3 tbsp of mixture
- Fold bottom point up over filling and roll once
- Fold in right and left pointsPlace the egg rolls into the greased basket
- Spray egg rolls with oil or brush with vegetable oil.Cook at 390 degrees for 8-10 minutes, turning half way through.
- I Served them with a sweet Thai chili sauceDelish!
