Panko seasoned Pork cutlets!

I've been using Panko breadcrumbs a lot lately.  They do seem to coat my chicken and today my pork cutlets beautifully.  Today I dipped some pork cutlets in egg, parsley, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper and into some Panko breadcrumbs.  I browned them a bit in a  little canola oil and then transferred them to a baking dish and baked covered for 30 minutes allowing for the last 10 minutes to be  uncovered.

Pork cutlets, fresh mashed potatoes and peas!  Strawberry to garnish!

For dessert:  Fresh strawberries and bananas over freshly made biscuits!  Real whipped cream to top!!!
