Taking the weekend off to plant and putter in my garden...Next week though I plan on making some Italian cookies and Stuffed Shells with Meat Filling.  Mom used to make her Ravioli and stuff them with this filling but for an easy meal try this recipe stuffing shells with this meat recipe for a change.  

I know cheese filling is popular but you just have to try the meat ones for an Northern Italian delicacy..
