I want to inspire, help and encourage you to live life to the fullest and hope you would consider a hobby to keep you engaged in all the positive experiences in life.
It takes a lot of push and determination to get positive results. I can encourage you but only you can get yourself moving.
If you’re unable because of physical restrictions push yourself to read a book, do some fun coloring, take a class , there are many online classes that don’t cost a penny. Makea plan to exercise at home. I do Silver Sneakers . Most insurances provide it. Mine does. Make a call to check if it does. If not there are many online exercises that are available.
If you have a disability seek assistance. Reach out. So many programs are available and many we are not aware of .
If you to take pictures get an inexpensive camera or if you have a phone utilize the camera that’s on it.
Keep reaching for the stars. The skies the limit.

In my lifetime I’ve been a clerk, receptionist, a secretary, a floral arranger, a hairdresser ,an inventory controller , an exercise teacher, a makeup stylist, a retail worker and a few jobs I probably have forgotten.
MY VIEW ON LIFE IS ANY TIME YOU LEARN SOMETHING NEW YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A LIFE GIFT. Learning something new is never a waste of time.
