Check out this macaroni and cheese dish. Using three non traditional cheeses and a cookie sheet this will appeal to those of you who dare to try something different. I just may try this for Easter Brunch as a side.

1 1/4 lb. pasta spirals or small shells
3 cups half and half or heavy cream
1 cup grated fontina cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Asiago cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper
Heat oven to 450..Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil..Add pasta and cook 6 minutes. Drain
Meanwhile, in larger mixing bowl, combine cream, fontina, and Asiago..
Season generously with pepper.
Add pasta and stir to combine..Spread mixture in 11 x17 in. rimmed baking sheet, shaking pan to fill evenly.. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake until browned and crisp on top, about 15 minutes.
