2 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 cup water or milk

In medium bowl beat egg with fork
add water and salt..Fold in flour...Bring a medium pot to boil..drop batter using a 1/2 of a small teaspoon(see photo)..stir while adding so as not to stick to bottom of pan..Cook on medium heat until noodles come to top..Cook for several minutes more..Add to Cabbage mixture..Will post pictures of Cabbage ingredients and steps to great Haluski..Happy Cooking!

Note:  For an St. Patty's Day touch..After cabbage and drop noodles are cooked, add approx. (1/4 lb.) sliced and julienned Boar's Head corn beef... Toss to warm  and serve..

Haluski

In medium to large size pot..add 1 stick butter or margarine..Slice a medium onion thinly, add to butter...Cook slowly and gradually add medium size head of cabbage that has been cut up in the desired size(note picture)until tender..Add drained drop noodles to mixture or any noodle you might like..Simmer and stir through with large spoon....Great meal or side dish...Happy Cooking!
