This recipe is for 1 package Jello Gelatin..You can double it as well..
1 package any flavor Jello..Make according to directions...Refrigerate until slightly set..(Wiggles just a bit).
Take it out and beat softened vanilla ice cream into jello with electric hand mixer...Per package I use about 1 heaping cup..Refrigerate until ready to use..

Jello ice cream...never thought of that. I will have to give it a try this weekend!! Thanks :)
It is a great light dessert and kids as well as adults love it..You can do the light version as well if you would like..substituting diet jello and cool whip...Happy Baking and Cooking!
Just a note..I used Jello Gelatin not the pudding..
